Frequently asked questions

HERstory Apparel has a 30-day return/exchange policy, so your items must be postmarked within 30-days of your purchase. All items must be brand new, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. Gift cards cannot be returned.

We currently accept returns for domestic (U.S.) and Canada orders only. All other international orders are final sale.

Please Note: The return shipping fee is non-refundable and you must be able to provide us with a tracking number as proof of your return shipment (to be emailed to HERstory Apparel at info@herstoryapparel.com once item(s) ship). We are no liable for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your item(s). Then it usually takes your bank 3-5 business days to apply the refund to your account.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Yes! We work with companies that manufacturer in the U.S.A. and/or are Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) certified. Our partners believe in ethical manufacturing, eco-friendly practices and are held to the highest standards.
