Return/Exchange Policy

HERstory Apparel has a 30-day exchange policy, so items must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase. All items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn and in their original condition. Proof of purchase (packing slip is acceptable) should be included in your return package. Once your items are received and inspected, we will: 

  • For Exchanges: …we will print and ship your new item(s).
  • For Returns: …process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The return shipping fee is non-refundable and you must be able to provide us with a tracking number as proof of your return shipment (to be emailed to HERstory Apparel at info@herstoryapparel.com once items ship). We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
